PRICING
All prices on this website are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
All payments are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

SHIPPING
ZADA DESIGN will dispatch all orders after payment has been received and confirmed.
Shipping is carried out via local postal services within Indonesia and express international shipping for overseas orders.
Delivery is estimated between 5–14 working days depending on the destination.
DUTIES & IMPORT TAX'S
ZADA DESIGN is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees that may be applied in the destination country.
All such charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
RETURNS
ZADA DESIGN aims to ensure all products meet high quality standards.
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- Faults in the garment due to production
- Incorrect item received
All returned items must be unworn and in original condition.
Return requests must be submitted through our Contact Us form.
Once approved by management, items must be returned within 14 working days.
For exchanges not related to faults or incorrect items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise approved.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method once the returned item has been received and verified.
Local Exchanges (Bali only):
Available within 7 days of receiving the order, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and labels remain attached.

ORIGIN
All products and materials are sourced and produced in Indonesia.
FABRICS & SIZE
It is recommended to wash garments separately in cold water for the first few washes, as some natural dye release may occur.
The primary fabric used is 100% Rayon, produced in Indonesia. Rayon is a breathable, lightweight, and soft natural fiber derived from wood pulp and agricultural sources.
Other fabrics used include:
100% Linen, 100% Cotton Muslin (unbleached), Rayon/Lycra blends, Rayon Satin, Rayon Viscose Satin, Rayon Herringbone, Cotton Rami, Nylon Lycra (swimwear), and Rayon/Cotton threads.
The yoga and underwear collection is made from Bamboo (90%) / Spandex (10%). This fabric is soft, durable, and known for its antibacterial properties.
Bamboo is considered a more sustainable material due to its fast growth and low water requirements.
PRODUCT CARE
To maintain product quality and longevity, we recommend:
- Washing in cold water with mild detergent
- Avoiding harsh chemicals and dry cleaning
- Avoiding direct sunlight drying
- Using low heat when ironing, especially for fabrics containing Lycra or Spandex
